My son picked up an online order that I had placed. When I went to get the food out, my spinach artichoke dip was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know and for whatever reason, they were unable to refund my money for that item. The options:1) Have my son drive back to Applebee's to get it; 2) receive a complimentary spinach dip [has to be redeemed] within 15 days;3) receive a gift card in the mail for the item [which also has to be redeemed within a specified time period]. Terrible experience at this location. We ordered to-go food that said it would be ready within 30minutes. Arrived to the restaurant to pickup at designated time and had to wait an additional 20mins. There is no where to stand or sit while waiting soyou just have to stand in this tiny section at the back where the staff is going in and out of the kitchen. Several staffmembers asked if we had been helped and we told them we were waiting on a pickup order. They would say they were going to checkbut never came back to give an update. I am not a fan of Applebee's, I have had more bad experiences than good in the 20 years I've been dining there. However... This particular restaurant is the best one I've been to. We ate here at 9pm on a Sunday and had no trouble being seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Our server Jacob was friendly, courteous and kind. Didn't have to wait long for our food, and it was cooked to perfection. Applebee's is a cheap date night with no frills. If you are in the area and you're hungry on a budget, look no further.

We dined here this past Sunday and had an excellent experience! Ashleigh S. was our server, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and did a fantastic job ensuring we had everything we needed promptly. We truly enjoyed our time with her! We ate here this past Sunday and had a great experience! Ashleigh S. was our server and we couldn’t have asked for a better one! She was incredibly attentive, kind and did a phenomenal job getting us everything we needed in a timely manner. We had such a great experience with her! The food was also really good! Everything came out hot and fresh and was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to our next visit!

The bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning. Our waiter was quite pleasant and helpful. Our meals were good for the most part. Besides salad was generous and delicious and fresh. Fries were good but the half rack of ribs could have been slow cooked a little longer for better tenderness. The sauce was delicious.

The server was in training but very sweet and kind. The food was good. We did have a long wait; it seemed like they were still observing COVID table spacing rules, which made no sense; people were leaving because they weren't being sat. Other tables would clear out, and those of us waiting still would not be sat.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The baked chicken and shrimp were delicious, and I always enjoy their spinach dip appetizer. The only downside was that the place could use some remodeling - the carpet was dirty and the tables were not very clean. However, the employees were very sweet and kind. I always order the Four-Cheese Mac &Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders when I come here. it's so good. we had the sweetest waiter, Keefer, who made sure we had enough drinks and didn't complain for any request we had.

I love the grill chicken plate! If it's not as delicate as you want that Applebee's has been me, it's always happy to rotate it. I also love the 2 fo for 1 price meals!
