So. I went to this location yesterday, I have been here numerous times before and it been touch and go with food and the service. Help is very hard to find these day's and Applebee's this location) is a prime example. Yesterday I got to see how hard it is for the employees. Running they butts off. I only saw one unhappy employee and it's not the first time I've seen this employee venting his frustrations at management. Management, I got to see a manager run her butt off yesterday and a couple of other weekends before, she made my day. I'm sure inside she wanted to run out the door but she stuck with it. I'm sure everyone working there works hard but she is absolutely amazing. As for the food...
It was pleasantly surprised how much effort went into the Veterans Day celebration and all the decorations and themes and especially the POW/MIA table that was decorated. Kimber was ingenious and treated my family and I like royal character as I retired in Navy. It was awhile, since it was in an Applebee's as the recently folded in Oldsmar near my place. I want to do more stations here. Fiesta Lime Chicken and the Three Cheese Penne Pasta were delicious and should definitely be tried.
The food was served in a reasonable time and the server did the best she could considering she and the manager were the only ones on the floor. They were woefully understaffed. I heard the manager say they only had one cook. I was a bit perturbed when the manager nearly ran to our table, dropped the menus and ran off without a word. The food was good (my wife's pasta had too much garlic) but the lack of staff made the experience not so great.
Really does have a neighborly feel. Open air, seating arrangements of every sort. Drink specials are real drinks, not over or under, you can calculate your limit accurately. Food has always been good over the course of a decade. Service very good, sometimes short handed type issues, same as every establishment in the country right now. Love their baby back ribs..delectable.

Ordered delivery. For the 3rd time the order was messed up and missing the mexi ranch. Unfortunately, the meal I ordered is not good without the full order. Called Applebees and all they could do is apologize and ask me to drive up there to get the mexi ranch. If I was able to drive up there I wouldnt of ordered it for delivery. Very disappointing.
Food was pretty good, service was friendly but seemed to not really be all there/together, we placed kids food first for obvious reasons which was forgotten about and ended up coming to table last, our booth had so many ants on the windowsill
Extremely slow service. 30 minutes for Pepsi who was ordered when we sat down. 55 minutes until the food was at the table, with missing items and falsely cooked steak.
3 entrees...texted shrimp bowl needs a sauce, too dry!! steak ordered medium rare, cam out medium to rare. had to ask for napkins, salad dressing twice.

Very good queen. Looks like a new menu, much better because they haven't eaten at Applebee for years.
The food was hot and fresh. Delicious!!! I was very pleased and will visit again when I'm in FL
