The moment I stepped into applebees there was no hostess and the one on duty that day is named and the general manager on duty Jocelyn velez came up to me asking me if I have a problem and after telling her my problem she began to say that if I continue to have a attitude she has the right to refuse me and my 3 kids service because when I came in I looked like I had a attitude and then asked me and my 3 kids to leave because I said my son is waiting for water and that when customers sit down in a restaurant they usually are greeted by there waiter and asked if they are ready to order and provide water none of this was done but all we got is below mediocre customer service and still sitting h...
my waiter name was erica. beautiful dame inside. they speak loud and clear. she was at the point of understanding what my child ordered. he loves his chocolate milk. as I looked around. the place was clean. the personal was well organized and the customers had a good time to dance in their sitting to music. I will definitely say to visit family and friends. child-friendly: my child ordered his own food and I thought she would say he can only choose one or the other. but he has everything he wanted, and the chocolate milk. he received an activity sheet, but no coronations. it was okay because he was more interested in watching sports on TV.
All of the waiters seemed like they were over their job from the moment we walked through the door. When the girl from the front door sat us down I asked for a different seating due to this huge tear in the seat. I was told that was the only place because they are not opening other tables because there not making enough money, So we sat down and seconds later something bit me. It was a really bad experience and I was there to celebrate my sons birthday.
