There are many better places to enjoy a good meal, service, and overall satisfaction. The service at this restaurant can range from ok to quite terrible. It seems that the management does not prioritize customer satisfaction, especially for black customers, as the staff is predominantly black as well. My recommendation would be to travel a little further into Long Island, where there are more white customers who receive better service and satisfaction. It may be worth joining them for a more enjoyable dining experience.
My family and I went to this restaurant for a quick dinner and we were so glad we did. Our waitress Isabella was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, outgoing, and incredibly attentive. I even asked for her opinion on the menu options and I'm so glad I took her suggestions. We need more waitstaff like her!
