manager won’t give me straws but didn’t check my ID for picking up alcohol? I Ordered curbside pick up today. I ordered 3 alcoholic beverages around 2pm my estimated pickup would be at 3:30pm. I did see, before checkout, that a food item had to be added. I added a breadstick, the system approved it. Around 3:20 I had not heard anything, so i called. They Informed me that an entree needed to be added. I asked for the cheapest since I had just picked up my food. They offered me a $12 option. I even asked to order a kids meal and the manager said she couldn’t. Whatever, i picked up my order. This location is beyond great right now, we live close by and have 5 kids and have been here multiple times and everytime we never wait too long and recieve great customer service but also the food tastes so good, we go to a lot of steakhouses and they seem to be the only people who correctly make the steak you the way you ask it to be prepared. (We get the steak parmesean sirloin) it's so good and our kids love the food as well. But I also want to give 5 stars because we have ordered online a few times and it's the only place lately that has never forgotten or messed up our order!! They do a great job at that too, last night we ordered meals for 10 people appetizers and all and they didn't...
My wife and I went to this Applebee's for our anniversary. Our Server was Liz. She was very polite and gave us time to look at the menu. We had the 2 for $30; Boneless Wings as appetizer, Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and Bourbon Street Shrimp and Chicken. The food presentation was great and all the foods were delicious. The environment was clean and welcoming and the wait time was about 10 mins. I would definitely go back!
The food was great! Would've given 5 stars but they HOOOOLD out on bringing your orders when it's all you can eat boneless wings! They make sure you aren't hungry anymore. Mine came out AFTER my dessert and it wasn't ordered in that order. Also the drinks had almost 0 alcohol in them. $90 for 2 people plus a good tip. But again, the food was amazing! Food was OK, server was attending to bar and dinning area. Not really good customer service....lacked attention to detail. Missing items, also server didn't bother to write anything down of course missed things on my order. Also server seemed very uninterested and not very happy being there. Overall don't think I will be coming back.
Initially, we planned to grab some beer and wings, but after checking out the reviews for BWW, we decided to head to Applebee's instead. The wait for seating was too long, so we opted to sit at the bar. We enjoyed some great beer and quick service, and the bartender was friendly. We will definitely return!
I'm not sure why, but every time I visit this restaurant, I end up feeling disappointed. They didn't have the soup I wanted, so I agreed to try a different one, but when it finally arrived after a 10-minute wait, it was lukewarm. To top it off, we couldn't even pay the bill using the machine at our table.
Our waitress was truly outstanding and showed a lot of patience with us. The food was fantastic! I ordered the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese, while my companion chose a well-done steak, and we also tried the sample platter. Everything was definitely enjoyable! Réservez une table maintenant
