Wanted to sit at the hi top tables by the bar, at 5pm, and we're told that area is not open yet. This is the 3rd time that we were either told that it was closed and at least 2 other times, we had to wait 10 minutes to get seated by the hostess- even with the place being half filled. Great bar staff, other than that, it's an unpleasant experience. Understaffed, and inattentive employees. No more, too many other places to give my money to. Food: 3
We came for dinner around 10:00 pm and the chicken was tasteless and undercooked, I think it had a dry taste because it had been frozen before, but in general, except for the butter pecan blondie, the other orders were also not good. We were also exposed to an incredibly bad smell inside for some reason, really disappointing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Worst ribs i have ever had. They were very dry and had little meat. The french fries were cold and also dry. The waitress was too busy talking with another table and provides poor service. I had not been to Applebee's in a while but I am glad to have stopped in this past saturday! I was seated by the bar with Pam! She was great and watching her rock the fast paced environment reminded me of my serving days! Good to see theres still life left in these restaurants! The food is fantastic, but the service is truly exceptional! I really appreciate Mike C and Harry; they are incredible servers! Tommy, the greeter, is also amazing—so friendly and accommodating! It's a wonderful place to enjoy both excellent food and service!
