Applebee's Grill - Réservation de table

Let me tell you about my first and last visit to this Applebee's. I stopped-in to use the remaining balance on a gift card. I ordered a hamburger, which is always delicious at Applebee's. When my burger came, the roll was hard. I took a bite, the roll crumbled and fell apart. I asked to speak to the manager. I showed my burger and said that the roll was stale. The manager apologized and said that I would not be charged for my meal. He offered me another meal and I declined the offer. I ate the burger and fries with my fork, drank my soda, and left. I ordered online and picked up the food. My food was good. It was what I ordered. However, my drink had no syrup it was all fizz and tasteless. It looked like water. The portions were so small compared to what they used to be. We ordered the wanton tacos and correct me if I’m wrong but it used to be 5 tacos not 4. And the boneless wings were very small as well. I haven’t been to Applebees in probably 4-6 months but I was just disappointed. We ended up going to McDonald’s instead.. which is just sad. I love Applebees. This order did not live up to the usual quality that I’m used to with this place.

I tried curbside pick-up for the first time, and it was a terrible experience. My food was about 15 minutes late, so it arrived cold. The bourbon steak looked like it had been tossed into the box. They even forgot one of the side dishes, and the portions that were included were disappointing. The steak was tough, and the potatoes were just mediocre. After spending nearly $60 on a not-so-generous order, I expected much more. This place has definitely gone downhill.

My family and I visit this restaurant a few times each year, and we've never been let down by our meals. Tonight was no exception. We started with queso and chips along with boneless wings, and for dinner, we had hamburgers and chicken. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I wish for is a better dessert selection, as most of the desserts are too sweet for my liking, and I typically try to order one of everything. Réservez une table maintenant

I am so disappointed with the way this restaurant has changed. Rude servers, they don 't want to serve miors and the other day my niece was given a wrong bill and told to 'just pay it by the server. ' No apologies by the manager or a gift card to return due to their error. Really? It 's sad when well behaved minors are not treated well.

This is the best Applebees in the whole wide world. You may think you’ve had good Applebees. Well let me tell you, you’ve had Appledees or Applecees at best. This place will knock your socks off. Great waitstaff, cooks, and environment.

I ordered the lime chicken, whatever it's called, to go, and it was absolutely terrible. The chicken was undercooked and so rubbery that it felt like it was microwaved. It was just unpleasant, and I won't be ordering from here again.

So I ordered a burger med rare and received it cooked well done! I would have usually complained and returned the burger except for the fact that I was out with family whom I haven't seen in 10 yrs and didn't want to make an issue. Réservez une table maintenant

I generally enjoy dining at Applebee's, and I prefer the location in Somerdale. Unfortunately, I accidentally pointed to an item on the menu that wasn’t what I actually wanted to order.

Server was pleasant, helpful and attentive. Appetizers were hot and fresh! Dinner was served hot and was very delicious! .
