Applebee's Grill - Réservation de table

We sat outside because it was nice. It took 10 minutes for a server to recognize us and take our order. Our server left a member of our party when ordering and it took another 10 minutes to return to order. The ducks came out before the appetizer. I understand that was a Friday night, and I promise I'm a pretty gracious, patient customer, but the service was terrible tonight. I wanted to get up and go after I wasn't recognized right away, but I was overstate. The waitress was unorganized, slow and unapologetic for the lack of service we received. She was very pleasant. Never again. That's all.

Awful! The bartender doesn't know how to make a drink or the the bartender's mix, either one that they use!! It's too sugary. I was not satisfied w/ the new coconut-strawberry margarita for a limited time. I ordered a 8-ounce steak it wasn't med well. It was ****! I had to send it back!! Either the server grabbed another's server's steak or the cook doesn't know how to cook! I won't be going back to Applebee's again.

The food was cold and lacked any seasoning. I ordered an 8oz steak, but it seemed more like 6oz. The broccoli was quite tough, almost as if it hadn't been steamed, and the mashed potatoes were also disappointing. I don't know what's happened to Applebee's, but it just doesn't taste as good as it used to. It definitely wasn't worth the price I paid.

If I were to rate this place, I’d give it a low score. My broccoli was raw! My friends ordered chicken with their pasta, but it was dry and tough — we even started calling it "chicken chips" because of its texture! We also got mozzarella sticks, but instead of marinara sauce, they served them with barbecue sauce, which was just bad! Réservez une table maintenant

My family and I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, the Southwest Chicken Bowl, and the Crispy Chicken Tender Salad, and we really enjoyed everything! Each dish was exactly what we were in the mood for. I had a strawberry colada smoothie, which was perfect because it was a hot day!

If I could give it no stars I would! I two orders of the Bourbon Chicken and shrimp. My chicken and shrimp were so burnt in one platter, the chicken in the other platter was burnt WITH NO SHRIMP, and there was a pickle inside my spinach artichoke! VERY DISAPPOINTED

The nachos were excellent; they just needed to be heated up a bit. The pretzels were absolutely perfect, and the loaded mashed potatoes were fantastic as well. I also tried the Mountain Dew berry, and it was delicious!

I’m not sure why Applebee's tends to get a bad reputation; we really enjoy it! The food, service, and prices are all excellent. It might just be because it's a chain. Réservez une table maintenant
