Not very busy, and very over staffed so it's hard to understand why it was a rough visit. Our waitress asked us if we would like an appetizer, and we said yes and began to tell her but she then turned around and walked away and started talking to anotherwaitress! When I ordered my food, it came out quick but it was really cold and had to be sent back. We asked if we could getrefills of our drinks, but by the time our waitress came back with them, we were done eating and ready to go. As a previousmanager at a restaurant, seeing how many tables were not cleaned off and the amount of food on the floor while servers arestanding around talking was interesting. And I think they are having a sewage...

It's been months since we were in and out last, it was good to see the menu expands again. Great food, spunky waitress, beautiful atmosphere, still wait for her miraculous frit to stir to get an appearance. We talked to some employees and how to deal with other places there are challenges of the supply chain. Still a great place to eat!
The food was ok. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was quite flavorful. I substituted broccoli and they were delivered cold. The restaurant was cold. A few different tables had customers shivering and rubbing their arms. The back area and restrooms smelled like they were experiencing a sewage back up.

good food lousy service. Waiter never asked if we wanted appetizers, walked past me three times before asking if i wanted more wings *all you can eat deal*, wife's margarita had little to no alcohol, wasn't offered anything for the wife's steak or my fries. just all around lazy waiter.....
We had a lunch outing with the girls—there were seven of us. Overall, it was nice, but not exceptional. The chicken was overcooked, and the service was just okay; we've had better experiences in the past. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time together as a group. We would still recommend it!
I have always enjoyed Applebee's. But today...oh my. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant servicing 8 tables. 1 party in line in front of us. Another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Food was good but by then, I wasfrustrated. Men's urinal was filthy/gross.
Applebees never disappoints. We love their two for offers. This time we went with the Cheeseburgers and Fritten. With Spinat Artichoke Dip for the appetizer. The burgers were smaller than I expected. But they were pretty tasty. And the bathroom is always fire!!

Fairly well, the “chicken strips” on the three cheese Mac cheese were weird, small and the photo looked like you were supposed to get four… all n all it was good and filling. Waitress was slow, but brought me some more napkins.
Love their won ton chicken tacos appetizer. Perfect for a small meal. I use to love their tortilla chips as they were super thin and crispy but this time the chips were more like traditional ones you get in Mexican restaurants
