I just received the worsted service. We were there to celebrate my grandson 13th birthday. We had to seat ourselves, get own menu. Finally got drinks and to over 40 minutes for appetizers to come and then almost another 40 min for the food. Had to get up and ask for napkins and silverware. They were out and rolling them, no dishwasher this morning , I was told. Ask for my husband food from manager and she had to have them cook it. The waitress was sitting at a table rolling silverware and the other 3 we trying to see who going to clean the dirty tables. After waiting 90 min, my husband never got his food. We just took it to go. I will never come here again. Will call Corporate in morning.
GRADUATION NIGHT, Applebee's was open in our area (Cedar Hill, TX) They had an already decorated table for our 2023 Graduate. The staff all of them treated us like family, welcomed us and serviced us as if we were valued customers. They were patient and understanding at order time because it was 10 of us and changes were made, they offered us alternatives and suggestions to help our expenses. Our food was delicious and the presentation and plating was on point. Thank you the Grandmother...
Went there for wife's birthday great overall. First during our entire meal there was only 1 person working. JAMES C was the greater, waiter, bartender, busboy and cashier. Amazingly enough he made it seem effortless because we were able to place our order quickly, the food order was correct, food was hot and he kept our drinks full. He was OUTSTANDING. We were super impressed and will be going back just because of his amazing service.
It’s been while since I’ve been at an Applebees. I took my mom there for an early lunch on Saturday, the day before Mothers Day. We arrived right when they opened. Our arrival surprised the staff member because she wasn’t aware that it was 11 am. The service was good. I ordered the chicken breast. The meal came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very delicious. My mom ordered a pasta dish. No complaints.
