Wish I could have given instructions on the app!!! Ordering a steak medium rare that comes in a sealed container with hot sides only allows the meat to further cook. My meat is a very close medium to well. Steak should be served in a separate, vented dish, as well as toppings like crispy aka soggy onions. Overall, the flavor was great and the food was seasoned well. Fine tuning the delivery experience would be a plus. Also, no napkins or any kind of cutlery was included. Being that its my first night in a new apartment, we are with our hands.

The Bourbon Street Chicken Shrimp was the size of a kids meal with the price of an adults meal. The shrimp was good and the chicken was very salty. As for the Chicken Fajita Rollup it was fantastic besides the cold fries.

incomplete order missing onion rings appetizer, missing side sauce for ribs, one order did not have mac/cheese substitute for mashed potatoes, and one mashed potatoes was just plain runny

The prime dipper with the French soup is by far the best item on their menu. It doesnt matter where we are in the states its always consistent.

my chicken was burnt and way over cooked to the point of being not edible and the fries were soggy
