Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

I left a 1-star rating before, because we were not well treated at that time. Later I visited several times and was well served. Now I change it to 5 stars because I felt very comfortable with the service and food today. The waitress was very nice and professional. I hope that Applebee will retain this type of business, treat every customer patiently and equally. By the way, Applebee's dishes are always among the best.

I have eaten for many years with this Applebee, with pretty good meals and excellent service. This recent visit was shocking (floors that are obviously not appearing, unavailable stands), I suppose it was a staff problem because so many restaurants are due to the pandemic. I hope my next visit is up to the previous very good standard.

My first time that my chicken offered on a dazzling dish of the most efficient service from a very happy and interesting waiter. Absolutely come back! Food and service is worth it! The chickens taste at home.
