I was genuinely disappointed with my experience. The chicken quesadilla was burnt, leaving me with nothing but the taste of char. I've never had a problem with this dish before, so it was quite surprising. I also requested no utensils to avoid wasting plastic, yet I still received some. As for the dusted sugar donuts, they were so soggy that none of the powdered sugar adhered to them; it just melted away. Overall, it was a letdown.

I placed an order for pickup, and it took an hour and a half. My husband ended up waiting for nearly an hour, even more than half an hour after they had closed, for our food—and it was still incorrect.
