Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

We visited last night and had a wonderful experience. The hostess, who also acted as our waitress, was exceptional. She was very friendly and efficient. Our drinks arrived within just five minutes, and our meals followed shortly after, in about ten minutes. As a family of four with two young children, we thought the food was excellent. Prior to this, we had left Friendly's due to their poor service, which had me feeling stressed and the kids on the verge of meltdown. Fortunately, our time at Applebee's was enjoyable, and the kids had a fantastic time!

If you're going to be miserable and can't put on a good front to do your job well as a server, then you might as well not bother waiting tables. Sure, everyone has bad days, but not every customer you encounter is going to be difficult. It's important to bring a positive attitude to work, regardless of what you're going through.

I vowed never to return to this restaurant due to previous negative experiences, but I decided to give it another shot a few months ago. I've gone back several times since, and I must say, it's improved significantly. The service is much better, the food has significantly improved, and the prices are reasonable.

The quality has really gone downhill. My usual orders just don't taste the same anymore. I hadn't been in a while and was looking forward to my visit, but when I got my go-to dish, it just wasn't as good as it used to be. Réservez une table maintenant

My last visit definitely deserves less than one star. I ordered the new neighborhood burger with double patties and a Caesar salad. The salad was acceptable, but there were some rotten pieces that ruined it.

I have to be honest—I'm not a big fan of Applebee's. However, my wife and son really enjoy it, so I was outvoted. I ended up trying the whiskey bacon burger, and I have to say, it was excellent!

I’m surprised by some of the other reviews; I really love this place! I go almost every Tuesday with my boyfriend, and I truly appreciate both the staff and the food.
