I order from Applebee's about once a month while at work. I use the app and always request plasticware/silverware. The last 2 times I have not gotten any. It's on my receipt but nothing. I realize this might sound like a small issue to some but when you order things you expect to receive them. As you can see by the receipt it is listed. Today there was an issue with Doordash, can't fault Applebee's for that as they had the food ready for pickup. What I can say is I ordered the Oriental Chicken Wrap with the dressing is on the side. Today though, no dressing. Now I can tell you eating a salad without dressing is very dry. I'm very disappointed that whoever packed the order up didn't make sure...
Very much disappointed with the service.The lady that we got for our table did very poor job. She was lazy and not even responding to us when we call her.The food was delivered to us very latee and we were already tired off waiting for more than 45 mins after waiting.I would rather go to buffalo wild wings 100 times instead of coming here again.The drinks were also just OK. The beer tasted like water as if its diluted.I am not sure if it is the timing of the day as we went around 10:30 pm or may be the service is always like this here.Suggestion: can do much better with the service and also for customer satisfaction.
The food was excellent, just like at any other Applebee's. We encountered no issues during our visit. The only downside was the staff's lack of professionalism. While they weren't rude, our server appeared somewhat detached. On the positive side, there was no wait time, we were served promptly, and our order was accurate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
We visited the restaurant on Father's Day with the kids, and overall, we had a good experience. The food was tasty, and the service was attentive. However, we weren't fond of the Spinach Dip and Quesadilla, as they seemed a bit burnt. Everything else was great, especially the grilled chicken, bowls, and fries basket, which we really enjoyed.

Obviously, they were hit hard by the pandemic. The inner kitchen was quite deserted. Pickup would come from delivery directly to the car, unlike inside. We only have the dessert, the triple chocolate melt. It's always good. Could have used a little more chocolate syrup. Overall, quite standard Applebee's.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. Our server, Joe, was fantastic! He accommodated all our special requests and ensured our dinner was both delicious and visually appealing. The ambiance was also lovely.
suppe was room temperature. my mother ate something first. I'm waiting for my lunch very long to find out it was taken on the wrong table. they had to regain it and were taken off the bill
bad eating grilled chicken from freezer heated in microwave. the food was bad and the manager did not accept any return from eating, even if we did not even eat a crumb.
