Directo y potenciando los sabores. Tradición catalana y española con algún que otro toque de cocina asiática. Ceviche, callos, pescado, carne, cabes... todo pasa por el mismo menú con una tremenda naturalidad. Pequeñas delicias recogidas en varios menús degustación (nosotros optamos por el Petit) para salir de allí con el paladar bien saciado. El local es una monada, cómodo y agradable, invita a quedarte. Lo mejor (obviando la comida) fue poder hablar de cocina, de recetas y de técnicas con los dueños. Encantadores, por cierto.

Lo que más me gustó de AQ fue su menú degustación, todas las combinaciones me parecieron innovadoras. La carrillera de atún fue sin lugar a dudas mi plato favorito y, el pan de cristal como acompañamiento, una grata sorpresa. Para acabar, disfrutamos de un postre de granizado de limón, con yogur y crema de maracuyá exquisito. La presentación es impecable y el trato cordial. El local cuenta con buen ambiente y es agradable a la vista.
what I got most from aq was its tasting menu, all the combinations seemed innovative to me the tuna carrill was undoubtedly my favorite dish and, the glass bread as a companion, a pleasant surprise to finish, we enjoyed a dessert of lemon pomegranate, with yogurt and maracuyá cream exquisite the presentation is impeccable and cordial treatment. the place has a good atmosphere and is pleasant in sight.

Cocina de diseño muy cuidada basada en el pescado. Menú de degustación por 40 euros, con varios entrantes. Buen hilo musical y ambiente perfecto para disfrutar de la sobremesa. Al ladito de la catedral!!
