We were at the swimming pool, and it was relatively crowded—which is to be expected on a weekend. There were two people who were trying to serve the customers in a completely disorganized manner. Food great! Service terrible! The older gentleman who served us was absolutely unfriendly! We come here every week. His eye-rolling and his complete lack of motivation seem to be getting worse every day! He'd rather take dishes from the trolley to the sink than serve everyone standing at the counter. The younger man from the kitchen, on the other hand, is very nice. I don't even want to imagine how damaging the service must be for such a small place! I feel so sorry for whoever owns this bistro. Kids ripped off! My daughter and her friend ordered food on Sunday and wanted to pay in cash. They were told that one of them had to scan their wristband. They did so, of course, but when they went to pick up their food, they were still asked to pay in cash. She insisted she had scanned the wristband, but the man still wanted the children's cash because it had to be paid for. At the end, when they were leaving the swimming pool, the children couldn't get out without paying for the food again. Since the restaurant was already closed and neither the pool staff nor we could reach anyone there, we had no choice but to pay again. It's sad that kids are ripped off like this!

We've always been enthusiastic, but unfortunately the food has dramatically deteriorated. The pizza seemed reheated, which was completely tasteless. The currywurst was also only partially edible. The side salad was floating in water, and you had to search for the dressing yourself. The schnitzel was a pre-made schnitzel (better make it a bit more expensive, but fresh). There were no napkins, and none were provided with the meal. We also had trouble finding a clean table; when we asked, one was wiped clean for us. What happened? Everything used to be great. €75 for nothing, you can do better than that.
A really great swimming pool. We haven't been there for a long time. Stay tuned to be more precise. There is enough for children and it is spread over 4 pools and it is not too crowded. The supervisors were super friendly and helpful. When it comes to food, there are decent portions for not that much money. You can also easily pay with the chip. You then pay at the checkout what is on the chip. You don't need any cash, which I find very convenient. Gladly again, gladly more often.
Today we waited 50 minutes for two currywursts with fries and a children's pizza. After several other guests who arrived after us received their orders before us, we asked... Neuer Imbissbetrieb in der Moortherme Bederkesa. Die Preise sind etwas höher als bei den vorherigen Betreibern. Nervig ist leider immer wieder, das Besucher ihr Fahrzeug nicht in dem dafür vorgesehenen Parkraum abstellen können. Wird etwa die Brille beim einparken abgesetzt??? Eine ausführliche Rezension folgt

We wanted to have a quick snack with the family and ordered four fries with mayo. After waiting for 40 minutes, we canceled the order. I don't know what the problem was, but waiting 40 minutes for four fries is unacceptable.
