Nothing worse than coming home looking forward to eating the food you just ordered in the drive thru only to find out one of the items you ordered is missing. This just happened and I'm not very happy right now. I ordered a classic French dip, big cheesy burger and a large curly fries. Fries was missing so I had to go back there to get it. All I heard the lady that served our food say to the coworker helping me in the lobby was..... My bad. Seriously? By the time I get back home everything was cold. And the fries were not curly. They were 1 and 2 inch long leftover from the last batch. Will be awhile before I step foot in there again.
My order was not delivered correctly. I had ordered macaroni and some bites, but I only received macaroni and cheese. The sweet tea was not good either; it seemed like it had been sitting out for too long. I've generally been satisfied with the Arby's on Patterson Ave, but this experience, along with the disregard for my complaints, will lead us to choose another dining option. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of concern about my incorrect order and the stale sweet tea.
Food was extremely expensive fries came out cold i sent them back they than dropped the same fries back in the oil and gave them back so we requested a refund and left

Stopped in for lunch. Abrahim waited on me and was extremely professional and friendly. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great experience!
Got the beef and cheddar kids meal. Was surprisingly good. Real cheddar instead of that fake sauce.
It was really quiet and not clean for how slow they were. The cashier wasn't very friendly at all.
Usually good service. Last time I had to ask for utensils, dressing and didn't get a muffin.
