I'm usually a huge Arby's fan, so I thought I'd try the new Wagyu burger (purchased 6-13-2022 8:08pm) because the advertising and picture made it look very tasty and fresh. Don't waste your time or your money. paid $11.48 for a combo meal, Burger was dry, extremely overcooked (not medium as advertised) very small and tasteless. My husband just picked up dinner for us and it was the worse we ever had. We got the new burger which was so burnt that the edges were crunchy. It was so dry. It only covered part of the bun. They should stick to the sandwiches they have done for years and leave the burgers to the fast food places that know how to make them correctly. Also, the fries were under cooked. Terrible experience. Too many other places to deal with them.
Good place to eat and great management I ended up having a very rough time and got sick a few times and the manager was understanding and I can't wait to get back to work and be apart of a good crew hard to find people who are understanding when life gets tough
The lights are on, drive through screens are on, employees are inside, but they are closed 5 hours before their posted signs say. Getting stuck for 20 minutes behind other confused customers is absurd. Location should be shut down.

Do not order a Reuben Sandwich here. It's consistently Bad. Not enough meat, very little sourkrout, untrusted bread, and one time tasted like soap. My husband's Auju sandwich tonight had little meat as well.
It's Arby's. You usually only notice when something goes wrong, but I've never had any problems at this location. They've always been fast, accurate, and friendly.
Love their food but every now and again they cancel my online orders which can really be a pain especially when I'm on a time crunch for my lunch break
Was told that sauce pumps weren't coming back they did not have any staff on hand even though it was dinner time.

They really close everyday at 8:30ish for sure don’t stay open till 11
