I try to keep an open mind, so here’s my review based on my last two visits to Arby’s. A few weeks ago, when I walked in, I was told they were out of roast beef. How does a roast beef place run out of roast beef? I get that shortages or shipping problems can happen, so I let it go. But today at lunch, I faced another issue. There were seven cars in the drive-thru, and I waited over 30 minutes. Instead of handling multiple orders at once, they took one order at a time, only moving on after the previous customer had gotten their food and left, which meant that only one or two orders were being processed during my entire wait. There’s no indoor service at this Arby's, and they blame it on being short-staffed. I tried to use the drive-thru in the rain, but the microphone wasn’t working properly. The employee asked me to stop yelling at him because he could barely hear me, and then he became rude when I mentioned going elsewhere. He even told me not to come back. The service here has really declined, and I don’t think this Arby's will ever be the same. Save your time and money unless you're prepared for a frustrating experience with unfriendly staff.
Firstly, the roast beef often has an off-putting taste reminiscent of cleaner or the plastic wrap it's packaged in. Additionally, it's 1 PM on a Sunday and they're not open! I wish their hours were more consistent and displayed clearly. A couple of weeks ago at the same time, they were open, which is quite frustrating. One day, the overwhelmed manager was handling everything alone. Their General Manager really needs to step in and support this location better.
I went through the drive-thru around 5:00 PM on 5/24/2022, but they refused to take my order, saying they were only accepting online orders. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if you’re not going to use it? Since they wouldn’t serve me, I went across the street to another place and spent my money there. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Arby’s.

I love the white cheddar macaroni and cheese. The only issue was that they forgot my horseradish sauce, but the food was served hot.
