Teresa in Arby's is exceptional! She is warm, personal, friendly and she is a wonderful representative for the brand Arby. Not another employee would have bothered customers, including managers. No eye contact. No greeting when we arrived. Only Teresa seemed to take care of the guests' experiences, and she lets us visit Arbys. Thanks Teresa and we are grateful for your professionalism and warmth.

Great staff. Very helpful. The place was pampered with travelers and locals. Staff worked hard, were very pleasant and delivered good food, while a smile and interact with everyone in the shop joking and laughing with customers.

Arby's is Arby's but this location has the best customer service I have ever seen. Especially in Alamosa, CO. The customer service is normally horrid no matter where you go but we go here often just because of the service.

Arby's has so many delicious sandwiches but their Smokehouse Brisket with smoked pork rib, melted smoked Gouda, crispy onions, mayo, and smoky barbecue sauce on a toasted bun is the best!

The staff is great! Not only is this arby the best and freshest tasting I tried, they also love dogs! They offered Bacon for our pups on the ride through: Could not be better1

Teresa is awesome. New Wagyu burgers were so so. Got charged for the bacon one but got served the cheaper Deluxe one by mistake. Decided not to bring it up.
