The food was good, and although the line moved a bit slowly, it wasn’t too bad. However, my main issue was with the girl taking orders and working at the window. She had no customer service skills whatsoever. There was no greeting or thank you—just "Order when you're ready," and then at the window, she casually said, "That'll be $20.23," without any further acknowledgment. I even asked for my receipt, but she completely ignored me and closed the window. I understand and empathize with food workers—I was one myself for 15 years. The service here is outstanding—friendly, patient, engaging, and even humorous. I must say, this place has the cleanest restroom of all the fast food joints I've visited lately. The menu has changed and expanded, but I came for the roast beef, and it's just as delicious as I remembered. If you're a roast beef lover, this is definitely the place to be!
The food was disappointing— the chicken sandwich had a small, thin piece of chicken with very little meat, and the fries were burnt and cold. At least the staff was friendly. Overall, the quality of the food was quite poor. When Arby's claims to have quality meats, it felt more like they meant something like pigeon.
I ordered the French dip, and it was just okay—there wasn't much meat in it. My wife ordered a dish that was meant to contain meat but instead found a few strands of hair in it. She was so grossed out that she ended up tossing it in the trash. We'll definitely be choosing a different restaurant next time.

I visit the Sashabaw Road Arby's at least twice a week, and it’s usually great. However, tonight the food was poorly prepared. The sandwiches had very little meat, and there were no napkins provided. I asked for plenty of Arby’s sauce but only got seven packets for ten sandwiches.
I just ordered a prime rib sandwich from Arby's on Sashabaw Road in Clarkston. Unfortunately, it was mainly just meat and cheese—there wasn't much else to it. While the customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, the sandwich itself was disappointing.
The service was good, but the tables could have received a bit more attention, as some needed cleaning. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I visited before the concert and was pleased to discover reasonably priced, delicious food.
The rules for picking up online orders are quite odd. The photos in the ads are a thousand times more appealing than the food itself.

The food arrived hot, and the sliders tasted great. The cashier was friendly and handled the drive-thru line efficiently.
I've visited Arby's around twelve times, and they're consistently quick. I've never had any problems with the food.
