The fish at Arby's was delicious! However, my order of fries was not prepared as I requested—extra crispy and no salt. The staff seemed overworked and weren’t very friendly. Additionally, the kitchen area was not kept clean, although they were a bit busy during my visit. Still, I believe that shouldn’t prevent them from offering excellent customer service. I hope Arby's improves, as their menu has great potential. Thank you!
We ordered buffalo chicken sliders but were given something else. We traveled 20 miles for our meal, and even though the drive-thru attendant confirmed our order several times, it was still incorrect. This was only my second visit to this location, and my first experience wasn’t much better. The food is good, but the service clearly needs work.
The food was unbelievably fresh and hot—exactly how all food, whether fast or not, should be served to paying customers. When customer service is excellent and the quality and freshness of the food are spot on, I will always remain a loyal customer. Thank you for delivering all of that! This visit was outstanding!
I have never received my food so quickly at Arby's! Despite being incredibly busy, we got our order in less than four minutes. The staff was friendly, and the food from their menu was delicious.
