I will never go back to this Arby’s location again everyone in there is so rude and I don’t understand why including the manager is the rudest one you would think after they made you wait 30 minutes for your food they would get it right well guess again my whole order was messed up and when I said something about it for the whole staff try to intimidate me to the point where I didn’t even want any more food I just wanted a refund and they refuse to give me a refund or my food back so I’m out of 12 bucks and a meal I started to call the cops but I said you know what I just want to get out of here as fast as possible please please please save your money and go someplace else but not the Taco B...

I called in with a huge order for my staff members at UPS around 7pm. Actually I had to make 1/2 the order online and 1/2 over the phn. The manager Keshia and her team were so nice and professional. When I arrived to pick it up, they had packaged itneatly in 2 boxes for my convenience. And for my troubles, I ordered a mocah shake, which they made to perfection with the whipcream and chocolate drizzle. Two of the male associates even carried the boxes to my car for me. My UPS team really liked thelittle sliders. I was told Good Job for thinking quickly to order from Arby's for the 2nd shift lunch that the manager suddenlywanted to treat and pay for.
Please stay away from this Arby’s the worst one you can possibly go to everyone inside of this place is either mad or irritated lady in front of me ask for a plastic cup and the manager was so rude and ugly about it I was shocked I don’t know if it’s because they’re not happy with their lives or they’re not making enough money but they should not take that out on the customers paying their money I just hope that everyone in there can get fired and replaced so I can start back going to my favorite restaurant right up the street for me

One of the best experiences I've had at Arby's. The lady taking the orders was extremely nice and patient with me since I had a big order. The manager even stepped in to help and when I got to the window they both were professional and polite. Nothing was missing which is surprising since we ordered a lot. Just moved to this area and glad to know I can come to this Arby's and be taken care of.

Chicken Bacon Ranch prepared at this location was not on point. Funny thing is I asked for a receipt and they put in the bag?well, I know why they put it in the bag and not in my hand? It was a mile-long receipt. Smh
The staff at Arby's were incredibly friendly. We were visiting from out of town and tried many places, but Arby's team was by far the nicest.

I go to this place frequently. The staff is really so friendly and I've only had one mix up on my order but I still would suggest this place
