Tried to go to the drive thru around 7:50 pm. They were advertised as open until 9pm online. Got there and lights were on, but nobody acknowledged our presence. It?s one thing to close early and post it, but this is just false advertising. It?s sad to seethis Arby?s being run this way.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There was a new employee at the register receiving training from a manager on how to take orders, and both were very friendly. Additionally, the young woman who handed me my takeout order was also very nice.
I received a drink that tasted awful, like poison. The food was decent, but the service was lacking and the employees were not very good at their jobs. The floors were sticky and messy as well. Overall, this was the worst Arby's I have ever been to.
I had the worst experience at this Arby?s. The general manager would not give me what was on my receipt. But she finally did after a yelling match. When she gave me what was on my receipt. She told me don?t come back. She should be fired for this. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant is consistently decreasing in quality in various aspects. They recently closed at 7pm. It seems pointless to keep this restaurant open. It would be best to just shut it down.
I always enjoy their food and I'm never let down. If I ever worked there, I think it would be pretty challenging to resist eating their meals. Honestly, I love Arby's!
Food was cold, took at least 12_15 mins to give us our food would not give me a reciept said it was broken magt should call me about this or message me back
