I've visited this Arby's several times because it is at such a location that I pass it at about lunch time on my drive home from Iowa. It is located at the One9 truck stop, which I thought was a little cleaner when it was branded as Pilot, but not a hugedifference. The service was good and the mozzarella sticks I bought were too.
The beef served here is of better quality than at many other restaurants. However, they don’t have the "two for" deals that are often available in Illinois. Nonetheless, the quality still justifies the price.
There was a line when ordering but it moved quickly. Sandwich was freshly made. Dining room was clean and well maintained. Would go back if in areas.
Was out of several sauces sweet tea was water. Employees got into a fight swearing and offers to go outside to fight. Would not go back Réservez une table maintenant
Old left overs curly fries. Fried in old sour oil that makes fries sour. And yes chicken is cut into pieces to fit the bun.
I really enjoy the food at Arby's, but I wish they would follow the governor's mandate and require masks in the restaurant.
Fries were cold. Sammich was good. I didn't wait long. Overall the building could of used a better janitorial team.
During my first visit, they had run out of roast beef. However, on my second visit, it was quite tasty! Réservez une table maintenant
