At Arby's, you get exactly what you expect. Their menu includes sliders that are just okay. If you enjoy processed roast beef, Arby's does it well, and sometimes that's exactly what I crave. The standout item on their menu is definitely the Brisket sandwich—it's fantastic. Their nuggets are decent too. However, considering the price, I feel like Arby's should be on par with Culver's, but they're more comparable to Checkers or Wendy's. You can spend less at Checkers and get similar food. The French Dip sandwich also deserves an honorable mention—it's perfect for a rainy day.
This one's tricky; the staff at Arby's was excellent, and the food was just right. However, the ordering counter and the wait at this location are frustrating. The setup feels backward and tends to create congestion at the counter. Also, be cautious of the strange ramp between the dining area and the counter—it's easy to overlook and short enough to trip you up.
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I grabbed a quick snack during my break, and although the staff was friendly, the food was underwhelming. I ordered fries, jalapeño poppers, and a shake. It seemed like everything was cooked in old oil, and the food tasted like it had been left out too long.
Consistently excellent food and service! I appreciate that they stay open late, which sets them apart from other places. It truly makes a difference. They haven't let COVID affect their performance—fantastic!
