Arby's commits on a daily basis. Complete false advertisement on the cheese steak ranch sandwich.. They advertise this big thick beautiful sandwich and say arby's has the meat.. You get the Sandwich and the bun touches all the way around. It's basically a big bun filled with a little bit of meat and ingredients and a whole bunch of ranch sauce, so you're paying for a ranch sauce Sandwich and do not believe arby's has the meat because arby's definitely does not have the meat the Sandwich doesn't. Look, nothing like it's advertised. It's absolutely not worth the money.. Check out the pictures, this is from three different times ordering the sandwich at the carol stream location.
I love Arby’s and go there often, but I swear when I go to this location, I never get everything I order. I guess I need to start holding up line while I go thru the bag. This time I ordered 2 French dip sandwiches, 2 apple turnovers and 2 cherry turnovers. I get home I have no au jus for French dips and no cherry turnovers. I’m tired of paying for things I don’t get. I didn’t bother calling this time because all you get when you call is they tell you to ask for manager next time and they will make it up. I never do that because people make mistakes, but this is every time here. This was last straw. I deleted Arby’s app. I’m done.
If you want your order messed up, or shorted, this is the place to go. I can almost guarantee you will be missing something in your order. One time I gave the drive through my card, the guy did it wrong and let me drive off, then threatened me with calling the cops if I didn't come back and pay when I called to complain about my order being short. Lovely place.
You lost business tonight and most likely for the future as well. You advertise prices online if you buy stuff online, but then you're site doesn't work and says experiencing difficulties. Then you don't honor the price in store. I went across the street to Brown's. I highly doubt I'll be back.

Orderd classic roast beef meal and ended up with a mystery meat meal. Really looked bad so I went back after work. Was told my sandwich was correct. Big man on the register could really use a custom service class.
I keep seeing commercials for wagyu burgers and wanted to try one. Who would think that a Japanese Black cow would be so tasty? I suggest you check it out for yourself!
I drove up to the drive thru at 1:00pm today there were 5 men in Arby's uniforms in the back passing around a marijuana vape pen, needless to say I kept driving.
Worst Arby's I have ever been to. Complained to the store after a very bad experience was just ignored.
