This Arby's is fairly average, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The location is convenient, although the parking lot and storage area behind the restaurant detract from its appeal. The restaurant is well-maintained but shows some signs of wear if you look closely. The staff was helpful and skilled; they were focused on their tasks, though not particularly quick, which is typical for an Arby's. Let's be honest: I've always enjoyed Arby's, but the service I experienced tonight was exceptional. When I walked in, the staff treated me with such kindness. Fast food often gets a bad reputation, but this Arby's truly proves that wrong. There was so much respect shown, and I encountered no issues at all. We had to wait for our food, but that was because they prepared everything fresh just for us. My little one waved goodbye, and the employee waved back—something that hardly ever happens! I didn't catch the name of the worker, but I wanted to leave a wonderful review for the manager or the staff to see!
