I ordered a Beef and Cheddar sandwich, but it arrived flat and without the extra sauce I asked for. I also requested an extra cup of cheese, which wasn’t included. My order was missing mozzarella sticks, ranch, and jalapeño bites—none of it was there. The only item they got right was the Cherry turnover, which I discovered is actually apple. My soda was supposed to be Dr. Pepper, but they gave me Diet Dr. Pepper instead, which I don’t like at all; I never choose diet drinks.

Horrible service, I ordered the food without any sauces and even asked again when paying at the drive thru and was assured no sauces, well it came with sauces. Looked like a bunch of young kids in there just screwing around. I'm never going there againcause it happens quite frequently, and they're rude also
Everything arrived promptly, but the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookie was shattered and crumbled, and the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was dry with minimal sauce. Other than that, everything else was great!

The sandwich was unfortunately unappetizing, resembling mostly fat. It was quite disappointing! I'm still left feeling hungry.
Person on intercom was extremely rude. Try the McDonald's instead, they had way better and nicer acting staff.
