I visited this restaurant for lunch on October 5th, 2022. I patiently waited in line for 30 minutes before finally reaching the order speaker, but no one responded to my greetings. After another 45 minutes of waiting, I reached the pickup window, only for the employee to ask about my order, which I hadn’t been able to place due to the silence at the speaker. When I explained the situation, he suggested I should have waited longer, which made me so frustrated that I couldn’t even eat. Went here for lunch on 10-5-22 sat in line for 30 minutes i remained patient and finally made it to the speaker to order. No one said anything i said hello a few times and nothing by this time my patients was running no one ever said anything after 45 mins i finally made to the window and the guy asked what i ordered i said i didnt order because no one came on the dam speaker. He said well you should have waited longer!? By this time i was so mad i couldnt even eat. I was in that dam drive thru for almost an hour. They should make a law where there has to be an extra lane to escape these drive thru's run by bad establishments. This Arbys is by far the worst ive ever been too. Horrible servic...
Arby's use to be one of my favorite fast food. I notice that the quality of there beef sandwichs are not as good as it use to be the taste is wrong. I went to this location today around 430pm I order my regular Beef Cheddar not tastey, the bun tasted old, the fries where made earlier because fries where dry and the cooking oil had a funny taste to them I had to through them away, the customer service needs improvement. You should bring back potato cakes all day they where part of you signature serve them all day not just for breakfast. I don't recommend this Arby's.
This is a fantastic place to savor some of Arby's classic sandwiches or try their new Wagyu burger! The staff here is exceptionally skilled, committed, and truly wonderful. They go the extra mile to make sure your meal is correct, fresh, and prepared quickly. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and inviting. I always enjoy my visits to this Arby's location, and I'm confident you will too. Be sure to look for the distinctive sign near the Jefferson exit on Paseo del Norte!

This is an outstanding place to enjoy some of Arby's classic sandwiches, as well as their new Wagyu burger! The staff is extremely competent, hardworking, and truly exceptional. They make sure that your order is accurate, fresh, and ready in no time! The restaurant is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really enjoy visiting this Arby's, and I'm sure you will too. Look for the distinctive sign right at the Jefferson exit on Paseo del Norte.
Brian, the manager, and Alex, on the line, treated me with exceptional courtesy and a level of customer care that is rare to find in franchises these days. The service was prompt, and the food was fresh and flavorful. My first experience with Arby’s has set a high standard for service, reminding us of what businesses like this mean to our hearts, especially ours. Thank you!
Been a few times now as life leaves me nearby near mealtimes and time to kill. Really just great service! Kudos to all the folks here and wish they would put out a tip jar.
Clean, well kept Arby's location. A bit hidden behind gas station. Food was tasty but messy and cold. Attendants very friendly though. Hot food would've rated 4star.
