The reason for the one star is the shrink flation they are pulling here! Kids drink is now the regular and the medium is being passed as a large. If you add ice, you 're getting 6oz. Add that they have dramatically increased their prices. $30 for a meal for two with kid size sides and drinks. Unfortunately, me and mines will no longer be eating here. This is incredibly expensive for so little food! We politely asked about the change. They have eliminated all of the large drinks, including the root beer floats. No offense to Arby 's. But they aren 't in the top 5 of fast food and in remote locations. This isn 't competitive enough to compete with the top fast food spots. Price per person: $10...
I ordered 2 gyros. They were tasteless. Why would anyone make a sandwich with all of the ingredients hanging halfway out of the bread. I had to unwrap it and rearrange everything, then wrap it back up to eat it. It was also cold. Never again will I pay for cold Hot sandwiches that I have to re make, that has no taste. The lady at the cash register was extremely professional. I ordered takeout for dinner and spent between $10 to $20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was inviting, so I give it a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Reuben sandwich!

The food was delicious and served hot, but I was disappointed with the "medium" cup they provided. It seemed more suitable for a kids’ meal, as it was only about 7 ounces. I felt a bit cheated.
