You’d think after paying $12 for a single meal that they would give you freshly cooked fries but that’s not the case. They just had to be lazy and give me nasty fries that tasted like they have been sitting in the basket for the past 2 hours but it gets even better, they gave me crumbs for fries, there was literally 1 actual curly fry in my entire order. My chicken sandy didn’t taste very fresh either. Fast food restaurants are bold for raising prices lately but especially arbys. Their food has always been overpriced but this trip will forever be my last. I could’ve gone to an actual restaurant and paid that amount for a meal and it would’ve been fresh to order. The counter staff are friendly, cheerful, and remarkably patient, contributing to a delightful experience. The restaurant is clean and spacious, featuring ample windows that allow for natural light, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. My food was served hot; although it was typical fast food, I tried the BLT special and jalapeno poppers, both of which were surprisingly delicious. I also had a soda with my meal, which completed the experience.
I stopped by for lunch earlier today and went through the drive-thru. Samantha, who took our order, was very friendly and helpful. We received everything we ordered. I had to park to the side while they prepared our order, but I understand that larger orders can take a bit longer, and the wait time was absolutely reasonable.
Just whipped through the drive-thru, but the lady that took my order has taken it on several occasions and is always pleasant when she speaks. Does her Arby's spill about trying their current special and add-ons (which I understand is her job) and when Idecline she swiftly moves on to what I want.

The drive-thru lane could really use some more width. Once you're in line, you're committed until you reach the end. I've noticed some people get so frustrated that they resort to driving over the curb and ruining the grass just to escape.

I frequent this Arby’s for lunch and I haven’t had any bad experiences yet. The staff is always kind and friendly. My food is always correct and fresh. Prices are fair.
Over time, as the prices rise, the frequency of leaving out key pieces of our order also increases...tonight might the the final straw for us.

The food was cold, including the chicken sandwich, fries, and roast beef. I reported the issue, but they didn't even offer to comp the meal.
Fast and friendly location. Our orders have always been correct and tasty. We will definitely be back next time we have an Arby's craving.
