I ordered $30 worth of food and drove all the way home, only to discover that some items were missing. Instead of offering a refund, Tiffany, the manager on duty, said, “I don’t really care. I’m busy, and I remember bagging it, so I’m not replacing $30 of food.” It’s hard to understand how a manager can be so indifferent. If you were aware that items were missing, why wouldn’t you do anything about it? That’s just puzzling. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Person making drinks had an open wound on their hand. Saw person in the back microwaving the sandwiches. At least they had on gloves. My sandwich bun was burnt. The meat on my sandwich was stale and dried out. Took a bite or two before I noticed and started feeling a little nauseous. Did not drink the drinks. $17 is a little much to charge for drinks I can’t drink, and burnt, stale, and microwaved sandwiches.
Food is usually good at Arby’s, but at least since COVID, their service level has dipped. They do well with what they have, but apparently they are constantly short staffed. Whether this is the fault of management or we just have a generation of folks that don’t want to work or a combination of problems, only time will tell. I’m not bashing the restaurant, but they have certainly slipped a bit.
This location consistently gets our order wrong at the drive-thru. Today, we ordered a French dip meal and a Greek gyro, but instead received a Philly cheese steak sandwich wrapped in Greek gyro paper. The manager was rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for the mistake. To avoid the hassle, I recommend going elsewhere.

The good burger is probably my favorite thing right now.. I wish they still had the strawberry shake but everything is always hot and fresh when handed to me! The Wagyu Burger was disappointing. I received a half-burnt burger patty, and the lettuce was old and wilted. If I hadn't taken it home, I would have gone back. My dog, however, enjoyed it. I also had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru for food that was not worth it.
The service was satisfactory. However, the fries were stale, the fish sandwich was lukewarm, and the mac and cheese bites were almost burnt, as they were also not hot. It seemed like everything had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while.
Went in and ordered at 12:26pm and never got our order. 20 minutes later we ask about it and they had no idea of what they are doing. Order is cold, service was bad. Management needs to go in here and fix this place. I will not be back!

The person at the window was really friendly, and they provided us with exactly what we asked for. However, the fries could have been a bit crispier.
