UPDATE: I added another star to my review. I am very impressed that the owner responds to my review within HOURS by posting it. I understand how difficult the service sector has been met, especially restaurants. Thank you for seeing my review, taking the time to respond and take action! I have confidence that this problem will be resolved. I ordered the new bacon brisket French Di. I had it before another Arby and it was amazing. This arby made it very bad. Only a bite of my sandwich contained cheese and there were only two, paper thin, 1/2 slices of bacon. My husband's lunatic pommes were cold served as if they were eating out for a while. Our other fritted pages poppers and mozzarella sticks were warm. We love Arby and usually go twice a month. We just moved into this area and I am very disappointed at the quality of this Arby's. I am very patient and understanding, especially with personnel problems and busy passages. But today was not the case. The car-through type and the manager for the duty to spend most time chatting and joking while they worked. I'm just wondering if the Pommes are out for a while, they're coming back. If you make an expensive special sandwich, you are proud of your work, or at least make it as it should be done. the picture is of my sandwich with the only bacon and cheese on one half. I added my own cheese when I came home.
