Arby's - Réservation de table

We had an issue with our order last night. By the time we arrived home to eat dinner, the store was closed. I called today (next day) and spoke with the manager, Mindy. She was very professional and genuinely listened to my complaint. She fixed the situation immediately and renewed my faith in Arby's! Because of her, I will continue to be a long-time customer. I ordered on the mobile app and the store was closed. I called and was told they could not issue my refund I needed to contact the app support. I made two inquiries and multiple calls. I have yet to receive any response or receive my refund after a week. I have never ordered food via app with any other establishment that closed early and not been able to receive either my refund or the food ordered when they open the next day. This is unacceptable and theft. Service: 1

Absolutely loved it Mindy is so wonderful she makes you enjoy going to Arby's and seeing her pretty smile she honestly cares about people and that makes it enjoyable to know that other people do care may God blessing Arby's and I hope they do nothing but prosper Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
