The customer service was terrible. The young employee was extremely slow and got our entire order wrong. We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting twenty minutes in the drive-through for the incorrect food. After going back around to resolve the issue, we had to wait another ten minutes. As a small gesture of apology, they did give us large fries, which was nice.
I went through drive through, the person who serviced me was very nice! I got fish strip meal , when I opened the box I got the shock of my life, over cooked curly fries that was rubbery, Luke warm fish strips, the food is horrible! I threw it in the garbage, called the restaurant no one answered the
There is a young man that works the driving thru occasionally that's very rude, argumentative, he gets the order wrong then try to argue to say that's not what i ordered. Several that works the drive-thru has to work on their customer service skills. Otherthan that food is always good.
Restaurant is in need of cleaning. Bathrooms no paper towels at all. How are employees drying their hands. Fries and napkins/straw wrappers all over floor inside. Ok maybe short staffed but only 2 people eating inside wouldn't think it shouldlook this bad. Réservez une table maintenant
Whoever waited on me lacked customer service skills and actually got smart with me, via the drive thru intercom. The roast beef sandwich was great, but I think they intentionally poured salt on my ???? fries. Sooo disappointed ????
I will never return to this Arby's again. There were only two employees working, and I didn't see a manager on duty. I also didn't receive my ranch sauce or the horseradish BBQ.
Went through the drive thru at around 3:30pm today. The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and well mannered. Didn't catch his name. But he deserves a big shout out.
