The new burger that Arby's has is pretty great. However, I used an online coupon with my phone on the way there. I'm not sure why it takes a half and hour for the staff to receive the order. There was one customer there...me. I had my phone as proof of purchase. Yet I sat there for half an hour watching the workers do nothing and waiting for the computer transfer. Arby's better get on this online/app ordering train.
Wraps are good. Would like other cheese options for the wrap. Not a wide selection of drinks. Only hot drink in winter is coffee. No hot chocolate or tea. Cold drinks available full of unhealthy sugars. For premium prices, seeking to buy a meal all in one place, yet have to go through tiring questions such as being asked if interested in a meal. Usually the cashiers are a little friendlier, but today so-so.
I have visited this restaurant several times while working in the area, and each time, I've been greeted by friendly staff who ensure I have everything I need. The food is consistently good. Today, they were short-staffed with only two people managing everything, yet they remained incredibly friendly and took the time to make sure I received all my food and any condiments I wanted, despite being so busy.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru, despite only two cars being ahead of me. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. Overall, it was extremely unsatisfactory. Réservez une table maintenant
Really good fries, amazing beef and cheddar sandwich with good sauces and was a really good experience and will Definitely come back more often, Pete also had amazing service, the manager was also very kind
We stop there every Sunday. Service was So Slow. Spent 10 minutes waiting at drive thru, before asking to pay. Another 10 minutes to get our order. Will Not be Stopping there again.
