I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful, and the manager was extremely rude. I called to complain because, once again, they messed up my order. I'm severely allergic to Arby's sauce, and it was all over my food, not to mention they also gave me the wrong fries. $17 wasted. When I reached out to complain, the manager acted entitled and was extremely unhelpful. It's frustrating because, as a manager at Arby's, you would expect a more professional attitude. If it wasn 't for the relatively clean restroom, this Freeport, IL location would have received zero stars.The Beef Cheddar meat was pulled from the plastic wrap in the steam warmer and simply folded in half and placed on the bun. With the cheddar everything just slid out the side. [after today I now know the roast beef is not 'hand sliced, ' instead it looked like it originated in a spam loaf]The regular fries were stale and luke warm; the bottom half of the container contained old, crusty, stale fries, a mix of curly and regular bits. They went into the garbage.Save yourself, your health, and your money just don 't go here.
I visited the drive-thru tonight, February 19, 2024, and unfortunately, I didn't receive two of my sandwiches—a fish sandwich and a gyro. I only realized this when I got home, and since I live in Monroe, I couldn't just go back. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because the person who took our order and served us was very friendly and polite. I really wish they would double-check orders before handing them out, as with the rising costs of eating out, that's almost ten dollars I've missed out on.
Zero stars. The workers cussed me out for politely asking to get the sandwich I ordered instead of a Reuben that they mistakenly gave me. Which makes it all the better because my mother is allergic to rye bread, so the Reuben we didn't order, but received anyway could have sent her into an allergic reaction. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever received. They were even mad because I didn't bring the sandwich back with me.. were you going to give it to someone else?

Went to Arbys here in Freeport again today for lunch against my better judgement. Besides the Redish haired manager always being rude, disrespectful and snappy, they again didnt get my order correct, wouldnt correct it and made the experience horrible yet again. When you spend the amount we did for food ...you expect what you pay for as well as great service. We received neither. The owner must be very proud of the name this ghetto Arbys has made for itself. We wont be back.
Wonderful food, but truly horrific service. Employees are snide directly to your face. The woman that represents herself as the general manager, sets The example that treating customers with disrespect is 100% OK. I was always taught that you teach by setting the example.
I found the fish deluxe to be delicious, but only after I reheated it in the microwave. The cheese wasn't even melted when I first received it. My husband had the chicken sandwich, and it was also not warm enough to melt the cheese. Despite that, I would still go back.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Friendly and helpful staff! Everything was VERY CLEAN and tidy!! Good job Arby's ? My daughter loved her strawberry milk shake and chicken sandwich. I loved my curly fries and chicken ? ?

Arby's has the rudest employees in town. Food is absolute garbage. Employees are the same. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
They gave me a free soda the last time I was there. The food is pretty good when I've eaten there.
