Arby's - Réserver une table

A couple of weeks ago, we received the wrong order at this restaurant and only realized it when we got home. I called to complain, and the manager apologized and said he would make a note of my name. Tonight, we returned and the manager personally took our order, even adding fries and drinks. He apologized once more and thanked us for giving the restaurant another chance. This is exactly how customer service should be. This restaurant is definitely our favorite, and we will be returning again in the future.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant in Sarnia. I am grateful that we have one nearby now. In the past, I had to drive a long way to find another location. They are very efficient when taking orders, although I have had a few minor issues. I especially enjoy their curly fries.

The beef cheddar sandwich at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. I was disappointed that they don't serve Pepsi, but they do have a variety of Coke products. Since I'm not a fan of Coke, I opted for a Root Beer instead.

We really enjoyed our food, nice to have a different meal as we can't get Arby's where we live.

They have the best gyros and mozza sticks hands down.Food: 5/5
