Have you ever wondered why they call it "horsey sauce"? Is that actually roasted beef that you're eating? Yes, it is. And it's delicious. The buffalo chicken sandwich is also very good. The staff at the counter were friendly and had a great attitude. I always enjoy coming to this Arby's. I do wish they still had the bell next to the door like they used to.
Arby's people worked their dicks. Nevertheless, they have excellent customer service. The food was hot, fresh and served with a smile. The line was wrapped around the restaurant and they moved it very well. They forgot our Arbys sauce, but if you think how busy they were, I don't care.
The food is delicious, service is fast, and the staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable and there are some good deals available. It's definitely worth a visit every now and then. The only downside is that they have limited evening hours, probably due to understaffing.
