Typically, the staff here are quite friendly. I usually stop by once or twice a month on my way home from work. However, recently, I've noticed that when I arrive at the window, they start shouting at each other in a different language, and they hand me my food quite abruptly. It's not the most welcoming atmosphere. I don't need to say much—just take a look at the Cheesesteak I got tonight. After a couple of bites, it was dripping everywhere, and the bread was soaking wet. When I opened it up, I found what seemed like tiny scraps of meat inside. It's quite disappointing. For $13, I expected better. Let's keep the noise down; it's a bit unsettling.
They make great sandwiches. Go meat and when they remember to include the au jus to dip the french dip its perfect. Simon remembered the last time to include it and I appreciate it. I tried to mention to the manager about how disappointing it is when they forget the dip for the french dip but I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I'm a frequent customer so I guess I'll have to be too busy to eat here!
The vegetables are always fresh, and the food is of high quality. While Arby's is a fast food restaurant, it distinguishes itself from others in the industry with its excellent food quality and cleanliness within the establishment.
I absolutely love the gyro! For those looking for vegetarian options, there are salads available. Parking is abundant, and the restaurant is very kid-friendly with a playground inside!
