I 've really tried to give this location a chance because I used to live in Fresh Meadows and that location has it together. The owner did a bad job of marketing this place and the location has now gone further down hill. Today there was no soap dispenser of any kind in the bathroom. There was also a handwritten sign at the register in quotes no ketchup no lemonade no curly fries . I then proceeded To order Jalapeño bites but that was out as well. Most of the tap soda was also out. I decided to order 2 roast beef sandwiches and when I received them I asked for horsey sauce snd guess what they were out of that as well. Always two people working. Always slow to get my order.I came in At 8 and there literally was no one at register for a good 15 minutes. One person in front of me walked away. Only two people and no manager on duty. Food turnout is certainly slow and not my first experience either. Always have seen short staffed. No wonder they are not busy nobody want to wait. 8:29 and i still don't have my food. Ridiculously long wait for meal for two. This is my last time unless they have 4-5 more on staff.
At Arby's, I noticed a guy named Roy just hanging out with his friends while others were working hard. The service was slow, and it seemed like they were understaffed. If Roy had helped out, I would have received my order much faster. The other employees even called him to assist, but he chose to stay with his friends instead. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back. Arby’s should consider hiring better employees who take the menu and customer service seriously.
First off they have nothing but Muslims working there. They don't speak nor understand English, get the orders all wrong. They have no clue what they are doing. Ordered 4 classic roast beefs and they put them on onion rolls plus the meat was over cooked. Forgot my Turkey slider and we're out of salad. Only 1 drink dispenser was working. I have eaten at Arby's for 50 years never a problem till now. Never will I step foot in Yonkers Arby's again !!

I was greeted by a young man who introduced himself as Roy.. He was professional, courteous and very accommodating. Ben and Quincy Also very efficient, moving things along , They may have been understaffed.. I appreciate their efforts and my foodwas good! Arby's Owners and Upper management, I'm sure you recognize and develop your talent. Thank you for a nice diningexperience!
Currently at Arby's. The customer service is terrible and incredibly slow! Another customer got so frustrated with the wait that they threatened the cashier’s life. The cashier called 911, and by the time about six police officers arrived, the customer had already left. Honestly, the Yonkers police are just as slow as the staff here! I’ll never come back—avoid this place!
We went to get a shake and the cashier told us we shouldn't be coming in when they close in 30 minutes. He was rude and online it said they closed at a later time. I'm sure the shake would've been great and it was clean, but definitely don't go thereclose to closing because they do close early and get upset when you try to order.
The restaurant was very clean, and the woman at the front was sweet and friendly. My food took a little longer than expected, but she kindly explained it would be just 5 minutes. I really appreciated her communication with customers. I believe her name was Elaine—she provided excellent customer service.

Good variation of food options for people with different tastes. Wraps, chicken sandwiches, gyros, mozzarella sticks. The shakes were delicious as well
Drove 15 minutes out of my way arrived at 10 o'clock and they were closed when on their website it says 11!!!
