I'm still confused with my visit. had a little waiting time for the journey through. the journey through the order was very blunt. I tried to use a voucher that I had received 2 days before and she said they did not accept coupons anymore. I mentioned that I had just received them from arby’s 2 days earlier. She interrupted me and said they all went out. I have to go into the window and the window crew has dropped my payment in the snow. the next day I got an email for coupons. I'm still confused why she didn't say coupons, expired coupons and was so rudely cut off. not back to this place! Eating is simply ok and get pricier for fast food expectations!
The original cashier was fantastic, but the manager who took over was not as good. Our experience was terrible. When we asked for our food, she just threw everything into a bag. We requested Arby's sauce and she threw in 26 packs of it. Two other customers asked for their drinks after us, only to be told by the manager that they didn't have their drinks in the drive-thru. The manager then started screaming at the customers, using colorful language. Overall, the manager displayed poor customer service.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant when I tried to place an online order 20 minutes before closing time. Even though my order arrived just 8 minutes later, they informed me that they do not accept online orders within an hour of closing. This policy seemed disorganized and inconvenient.

it was often, always have great accuracy and get the order right for the first time. we went late to new years and they delivered excellent hot food. notice their service, even if they had to work during the holiday. 10/10, we'll be back!
I love when Arby's has fish sandwiches. The staff were kind and friendly. The store was clean and patrons were not loud or unruly. All well behaved including parents with children and a group of 6 teenagers. I was very impressed.
the lobby is closed at 5 o'clock. they drive thru so icy and full of snow. men hang tight and no one in the filiale willing to help. then eat cold. why are people who are responsible for not doing their job.
I love this place! I miss the potato cakes though. Their chicken bacon ranch is my favorite followed by a regular with Swiss. Their shakes are too big however. The service is always good.

My mom and I went there for my B-day.And we actually got to dine in no masks required.That's true freedom if you ask me.
