I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and instead received a roast beef sandwich. It was completely bland, meat looked gray and it was cold. Threw it in garbage

I love Arby's, but when you can look at your untouched large fries and there are less fries in the container than in a small, there's a problem.

the chicken sandwich was good, very moist. Reuben was very good. Mozzarella sticks were awesome. Chocolate shake was a little thin.
