Usually, I go through the drive thru on my lunch break and order my usual (roast beef classic, crinkle cut fries with a side of cheese, an apple turnover, and a coke. The manager at the Forestville Arby's was extremely unprofessional. I went back twice in one evening to return the 2 for $6 Children's sandwiches. The first time, I reported to the gentleman at the drive-thru that my sandwiches were burnt and cold. I was told the re-cook would take 5 minutes, but it took longer. When I received the sandwiches again, they were even more burnt and not new. I returned once more and asked for a refund, but the manager did not give me a chance to explain that the sandwiches had been re-cooked and were in worse condition. THEY GAVE ME UNHEATED MOZZARELLA STICKS. i am so unsatisfied with my order. I have went here other times, and my order has NEVER been like this. And the century I would actually believe. so also, my Apple turnover was unpleasant and it was. very cool I deserve better. I would never even give this to homeless people. I should have taken pictures of the unpleasant food. I wouldn't even give that to my ex baby father that cheated on me with my sister, my cousin at our wedding. I had a fantastic burger from ARBY's! The team at the restaurant was working seamlessly together. The deluxe burger definitely lived up to its reputation. I placed my order using the ARBY's app and it was ready for me when I arrived. I decided to dine in and enjoyed my meal in a quiet and clean environment. The orange shake paired perfectly with the deluxe burger, so I recommend trying this combination.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and I ordered a delivery meal for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30, which was reasonable for the quality. All i ordered was cheese sticks. I got here to find out they closed the inside early for no apparent reason. They aren't supposed to close till 11 and it was barely 8:30. The people inside weren't even trying to answer the phone or pay any attention to me trying to get their attention at the window so therefore i had to hop in the slow moving drive through line
I believe this is the only Arby's I have visited, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I usually get take out for dinner, and the prices are between $1-10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 4 out of 5.
