Arby's - Réserver une table

I placed my order at the restaurant, went to the window to pay, and was informed by a young lady that my card had been rejected (even though I knew there were funds in my account). We tried another card, but it was also rejected. It seemed like the system was down because it seemed unlikely that two different bank cards could be declined from two different accounts. Luckily, I had $20 on me, and the young man working there kindly offered to drop my order so that I didn't have to go home to get more money. Both employees were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names. This happened on 10/3 at around 10:30.

I enjoy the food at Arby's, but the employees at this particular location need improvement. Every time I visit, my order is either incorrect, cold, or below expected temperature. The sweet tea tastes old, as if the container hasn't been cleaned or it has been sitting outside for a week. I used to work at Arby's 15 years ago when I was a teenager, and I have never experienced such poor service. I rated them two stars because when they do get the food right, it is very good. However, it often takes three trips back to the window to correct the order.

This Arby's location stands out from the typical experience you might expect. They are doing their best to navigate the challenges presented by the current virus situation, which is impacting many restaurants. As a fan of Arby's, I have visited many locations and I would rate this one a four based on my overall experience compared to others.

The young African American female working at the window was incredibly friendly and patient, always smiling. It was wonderful to receive such excellent service at a fast food restaurant. I even insisted on leaving her a generous tip.

The wings and fries were delicious and offered at a great price. The chefs and waitstaff were friendly and made sure I had a satisfying experience. Thank you!
