We recently visited this Arby’s location and had the most disappointing customer service experience we've ever encountered. Our visit was simply to order two medium fries. When we approached the drive-thru window, the woman just stared at us until we greeted her, and only then did she respond. She didn't mention the cost even after we placed our order. After we handed her our card, she returned it but seemed indifferent when we informed her about a second order (the additional fries). Her response was a curt, "Yeah, I know," as she took the card again. We glanced at her name tag, which we believe read "Ariana." After she gave us our bag of food, she abruptly slammed the window shut. We left...
Lazy employees who exspect you to do half there job for them. If you can't serve a sandwich whole and need to have your customers do the work of putting it together then you shouldn't be selling sandwiches at all Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible customer service! Delivery orders are almost always late, wasting both the drivers' time and money. It’s extremely frustrating! They don’t even start making the orders until the driver arrives!

Every time I order at Arby's, they ask me to pull forward and wait for my food. This usually means sitting for around 15 minutes while they make my meal, even though there’s never anyone else in line.
I ordered two sliders and a shake, and was charged nearly $40. My card was hit five times, which ended up taking all the money I had left. I won't be coming back.
