Arby's has quickly become one of my favorite spots! I was surprised to find out they offer fish dishes on their menu. The service was friendly, although the food could have arrived a bit faster. I appreciate that they take the time to prepare my order just right. The dining area wasn't too crowded, but I can understand why some people might overlook Arby's. However, I definitely recommend giving it a try! The seating and tables were kept clean, which is always a plus. I was intrigued by their menu options, especially the crinkle fries; it seems like they borrowed that idea from other fast food chains. But honestly, you can't go wrong with the classic curly fries!
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. The Reuben sandwich had almost nothing in it. We ordered two fish sandwiches because they looked great in the commercials and on the drive-thru kiosk, but what we received was unrecognizable as fried fish. The sandwiches were completely flat, the bread was limp, and they were so gooey that we couldn't eat them. The fish and cheese were cold, and there was no sign of lettuce. We made an attempt to eat them, but they were so unappetizing that we ended up tossing them in the trash. We spent nearly $40 on three disappointing meals and one milkshake. We'll never go back.
I had to get the waiter to stop using his phone and come over to serve us. The curly fries were cold, clearly having been left out for a while. While we were eating, my husband noticed a food fight breaking out near the grill area. There were plenty of tables that could have been cleaned up while the staff was goofing around. There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time.
Stopped for lunch on the way home from our vacay. VERY clean!! I don't remember the last time a fast food place was so clean. All the tables, floor. No crumbs anywhere. Enjoyable place to have a quick bite. An excellent Ruben sandwich. Take a minute to give any business a good review when you're happy, not just a negative one when you're not. Just an idea.
