Arby's - Réservation de table

I loved my coworkers but I don’t think it’s okay for the locations GM (General Manager Douglas Fahey to abuse his employees. I have worked here for a couple of months now and I was told I would be getting about 12-15 hours per week. But I have not gotten scheduled for three weeks in a row, with absolutely no word from Doug whatsoever. I have reached out over a dozen times, via phone calls and/or text messages. Because he knows I have an 8year old, (which means I have an extra mouth that I need to feed. if he doesn’t have the hours he probably should go and take the writing off his windows because he also lies about what he will hire new people on at. As much as I hate to complain, I feel I must. I don't know her name, but the female at the drive through window has absolutely no business dealing with the public on any way. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but this is the 3rd straight time this particular person has acted as if she'd rather be anyplace else on Earth than doing her job. If she's going to stay in the employ of Arby's she should be kept in the back maybe slicing beef or mopping floors and not dealing directly with the public. The food is always good but I'm going to patronize another location from now on. Sorry!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Absolutely disgusting my chicken was rock hard. Curly fries were basically crumbs and as stale as year old pack of cigarettes. And even the drink I got tasted disgusting. Very disappointed. Tired to call and talk to someone I understand having bad days but at least drop new fries or have some health safety on the chicken

Stopped by today.10/8/22-3:47pmSide door locked, front doors locked w/a sign saying DINING ROOM CLOSED DO TO LACK OF EMPLOYEES.I was not there to dine in, I was there to take out. I guess drive thru was open-but drive thru is not an option. Worker shortages stink. But there must be another way other then drive through. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is so hit or miss. I had the new Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. It was actually pretty good. Not on par with 5 guys or Shake Shack but it was good for drive thru. Hard to be Arbys when it’s hot and fresh. Unfortunately, I have too many poor experiences, especially when ordering chicken sandwiches.

Went through the drive thru. They had difficulties understanding that I wanted a meal and not just the sandwich, even though I kept referring to it as a number 2. I want a number 2 please. They also didn't give me any marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks.

if I could give a 0, I would. hubby and I ordered the wagyu burgers. no more burgers so! sloppy and not even resemble the picture. cold curly fries and jalapeño bites. this meal reminds us why we haven't eaten for years at an arby!

I ordered a five-part chicken and got five chickens. other than what the food was good. but I will definitely become another Arby’s from now on. Réservez une table maintenant

through the drive-thru and ordered immediately, paid and immediately got my food. pleasant service and good food! food: 5/5
